Allied Appraisal Associates of NE, Inc. was established in 1979 and has remained a leader in valuing residential real estate throughout Eastern Massachusetts. Our clients include many local lending institutions, mortgage companies, attorneys, and private citizens, all relying on the expertise of our appraisers.

As Real Estate Appraisal professionals, we provide valuations, market and feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and consultations for a multitude of clients. We take pride in providing a consistent service of thorough, accurate, and detailed analysis. Our reports meet the requirements of government agencies, lenders, courts, and the Appraisal Institute under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Some of our more industry-specific valuation includes forensic appraisal services, REO reviews for foreclosed properties, employee relocation assignments, as well as extensive municipal and government projects.

All our reports are electronically compatible including imbedded exhibits, photographs, filing, and communication. Our comparable and office database management and forms system coupled with the professionals engaged in the daily operation here at Allied make us the local industry leader.

Meet our staff:

Jeffrey Klein – President

Jeff has been with Allied Appraisal since 2005 starting as a trainee, becoming a certified residential appraiser in 2007. He purchased the company in 2014 and has continued the strong legacy of Allied Appraisal. He is adept at all types of residential assignments, along with 5-9-unit apartment buildings, and land.

Jaclyn Nally – Certified Residential Appraiser

Jaclyn has been appraising since 2004 and is experienced with numerous types of residential, land, and small income assignments. Jaclyn has good experience with traditional and non-traditional single-family residences and uses her vast experience to get the best possible results.

Peter Hayes – Licensed Residential Appraiser

Peter brings many years of analysis and appraisal experience along with a vast knowledge of all residential properties, land, and small income properties. Peter is more than capable

Nicole Shaughnessy – Administrative Assistant

Nicole is very adept with customer service and relations, scheduling, and the overall running of the day to day operations at Allied Appraisal. Nicole brings many years of managing an office and knows the importance of good, effective communication.
